Relax & Let Go Zen Stress Patches with Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, GABA - 28 Patches

Product Introduction

For anyone who wants stress relief built into their daily routine rather than a one-off try, the Relax & Let Go 28 pack is the monthly supply option from The Friendly Patch Co. These Relax patches use the same skin delivery as the brand's smaller travel size, bypassing digestion completely and releasing a calming blend of natural ingredients steadily over 12 hours. It is designed for people who already know they like their zen patch and want an easier way to stock up for the month ahead.

All patches are made in the USA and WERCSmart certified, a supply chain program that verifies formulation ingredients and consumer safety compliance. The formula is latex-free, vegan, gluten-free, and free of fillers or added sugar.

Packaging

This listing is the 28-pack, built for a full month of daily use rather than the compact travel size. It offers better long-term value for anyone who has already tried the 8-pack and wants to make gaba patches and ashwagandha patches part of a consistent routine, without needing to reorder every week or two.

Ashwagandha  (8.5mg)

Gaba (4mg)

Magnesium BHB (4mg)

Gotu Kola (4.5 mg)

L-theanine (2mg)

Hop Flower Power (1mg)

Eucalyptus oil (1mg)

Application is simple. Peel the patch from its backing and place it on a clean, hairless area of skin where blood vessels sit close to the surface, such as the inner wrist, upper arm, shoulder, ankle, or lower back. Wear it for up to 12 hours, rotating the spot daily for comfort.

Effects typically begin within the first hour and reach their peak around the two hour mark, delivering a smooth, gradual experience rather than a sudden rush. To remove, peel it off the way you would a bandage. A small amount of residue is normal and simply confirms the ingredients were absorbed into the skin.

At the core of every relax patch in this lineup is Ashwagandha, a well studied adaptogen known for easing cortisol and supporting a steadier mood.

Calms the Nervous System

In the 28-day supply, this ashwagandha patch pairs with GABA to help quiet an overactive mind, while Magnesium BHB works on releasing physical tension in the body.

Sharp Focus, No Sedation

Gotu Kola and L-theanine round out the formula by supporting mental clarity without any sedating effect, so focus stays sharp even as stress fades into the background.

Steady, All Day Support

Hop Flower Powder helps smooth out restlessness, and a touch of Eucalyptus Oil adds a light, refreshing sensory note. Together, these ingredients build toward the same all day zen effect the brand is known for: no sudden spike, no crash, just steady support from morning through night. Because this is the full month pack, it suits anyone building relaxing patches into an everyday wellness routine rather than reaching for them only during occasional stressful moments.
